History Notice

For the Shipping, we can ship the product all over the world, we provide a fast, good service, safe and reliable serive to our customer. We also provide a different kind of shipping method for our customer, so you can choose one which suitable for you. The shipping charge structure is very simple and is based on the actual weight of all the items which is clearly shown when you checkout. you can enjoy shopping on RCStation.

For our product, we will carefully packed in carton box with foam protection and wrapped with bubble bag with envelope or wrapped by using waterproof paper for our protection, so you no need to worry about the product which damage when delivery.

	1. For packing our product, We will prepare one carbon box, bubble bag and foam bubble.
	2. Put our product into the carbon box, and use the bubble bag and foam bubble to cover the items you are order.
	3. Put a lot of foam bubble to absorb the collusion, prevent any damage during the delivery time.
	4.Before closing the bag, we will also add one bubble bag to ensure no any damage occur.
	5. Final, packing the carbon box, and write down the information about the item and customer, we will delivery it in our local post office.

Shipping Charge:

Depends on the sum of the product weight you are ordered. and our system will show the country which support what kind of shipping method, our charge will according you select choose. The actually weight of the item you ordered will show it clearly before you are checkout. also the delivery time will undergo our courier which provided to us.

EMS:

- Faster than Air Mail. Mostly takes around 3~7 days. Delivery days to the delivery country is shown when you choose shipping method. Online-Tracking number provided.

EMS Tracking Table:

Customer if recieved the product which are damage or not in good condition, please contact us within 14 working days before we are delivery it to you, please write down the invoice number, your name, the product name and the description about the condition of the product you received, please E-mail it to cs@rcstation.com to obtain an authorization for return. if more than 14 working days we will be refused to return.

If you are wiling to return the product, you need to responsibility the shipping cost for sending the return product to us.
