Tamiya is proud to announce its new Expert Built Sport (XBS) series of Ready-to-Run R/C models. This series has been developed with three main goals in mind:
- Simplicity
- Targeting a larger demographic of R/C users
- Scope for individual customization
The XB Sport models utilize a special version of the TT-01 Type-E chassis
The 5th generation Golf GTI was released in 2003 and continued the long tradition of Volkswagen "hot hatchbacks." It was powered by a turbocharged 2 liter inline 4 cylinder engine with 200hp output and was available with either a 6_speed manual or a quick shifting 6-speed DSG gearbox.

- 1/10 R/C XBS Ready-to-Run model.
- The XBS chassis is a streamlined version of the popular TT-01 Type-E Chassis, and is therefore compatible with a wide range of Option Parts for customization.
- Type 540 motor, ESC, and 2-channel AM Adspec GP transmitter included.
- Battery pack and charger separately required.
- Body is painted silver
